Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization
- Execute end-to-end SEO activities for multiple client websites
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and identify new growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and page structure based on SEO best practices
- Monitor keyword rankings and continuously optimize performance
Technical SEO
- Conduct detailed website audits to identify technical SEO issues
- Resolve crawl, indexing, site architecture, URL structure, duplicate content, and Core Web Vitals issues
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
- Monitor website health using SEO tools and ensure search engine accessibility
Content Optimization
- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content
- Optimize existing pages for target keywords and search intent
- Recommend new content opportunities based on keyword gaps and competitor analysis
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and improves user engagement
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns
- Identify high-quality backlink opportunities
- Monitor backlink profile and maintain healthy domain authority
- Track competitor backlink strategies and recommend improvements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Present performance updates and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Client Coordination
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand business goals and SEO requirements
- Participate in client meetings and provide project updates
- Address client queries and recommend SEO improvements based on performance data
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maintain strong client relationships
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor SEO analysis to identify opportunities
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve organic performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
- Hands-on experience with website audits and technical issue identification
- Expertise in keyword research and content optimization
- Experience in planning and executing link-building campaigns
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Google Tag Manager (basic), PageSpeed Insights, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- SEO certifications & Google Ads expertise are an added advantage
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective is a plus
